A-Briquettes Lines:

1.Crusher :FJ 60 (Hammer mill)

Suitable for materials of < 50 mm (diameter),< 300 mm (length), such as: tree trimmings, wood pieces, crop stalks, rice husk, cotton stalks, cottonseed coat fragments etc.  Hammers rotate at a high speed and shred raw material into tiny pieces. At last the material is expelled and sieved through a screen. Specifications below :

2. Sawdust Dryer: ( HJ -9)

Introduction: Our Rotary Dryer is specially designed to dry Wooden material, leaves, branches, etc. It combines the function of drying and cooling, as a result we are able to save 30-50% on energy. The Rotary type dryer exhibits a perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency. It can be easy controlled by labor. Drying capable for materials with moisture content of 30-60%.

3.Briquette machine

Introduction: Briquettes are made by shredding Biomass and sawdust. The briquette is shaped under very high pressure. 

Finished product : Briquettes are made by an advanced biomass briquetting machine. Almost all types of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. After the drying process, compressing takes place under high pressure high pressure and temperature. The biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size.  Having better combustion properties, representing a superior substitute to coal or firewood. A bio-fuel briquette is typically 45-80mm in diameter, hollow, square or hexagonal form with a 15-20mm bore through the body.


4.Carbonization stove ( hot air flow type)

A Gas flow carbonization stove greatly increases the carbonization rate from 80% to a carbonization rate of +- 99%, and shortens the carbonization time from 24 hours to 6 hours at present.

The inner cylinder can be placed on the outside for faster cooling, thus productivity can be increased.

The Furnace represents the structure of an air storage chamber, it fully reuses exhaust fumes produced during the carbonization process. 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonization both saving energy and reducing cost.

B. Auxiliary machinery  

1.Screw conveyor

Screw conveyor feeds the raw material ( the crushed sawdust or stalk ) to the dryer.

2.Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor is used to convey the finished product to the storage device

3.Material distributor

4.Cooling conveyor

Used to cool the hot dried material, and convey it to the Material distributor
